which pvp decks are slower or non-stall?

COULD be fast, but with 44 cards i would say, 14 cards too much.
it seems to me you just put any card used in different speed-rainbow types in this deck and added a few devourers, vampires, steals and a drain life.

you maxed chance of bad card draws (caused by the 14 cards more than you need) and im pretty sure it will lose against any decent 30-card speedrainbow.

and a few cards dont make sense in my eyes, like the blue crawler, the precognition and the drain life.

i know but its prone to bad draws im going to fix it soon but with the trials and my school work im busy but i will fix it soon

Too big a deck for that kind of structure, really, that's all I can say.
