If you're like me, you are probably very annoyed with Arena decks completely loaded with PC. Those decks take advantage of a double draw to destroy your permanents as soon as they are played. So I thought, why even use pillars and other permanents? And that's how I came up with this deck.
Other pillarless decks such as immo rush need to spend three or four cards just to play one creature. While immo rush decks can play creatures on turn one, they won't have the long-term power to break through 200-HP decks in Arena. Even though Pillarless Peggie Rush needs a few turns in order to play a powerful creature, it can do a lot of damage late in the game.
The 6 Rays of Light are for reliable quanta generation. Not only are they immune to PC, but they do damage as well. The 5 Pegasi make it highly likely that you'll draw one by turn 3, and with 6 supernovas, you'll have plenty of Air quanta for it. With 4 Improved Blessings and 3 Chaos Powers, a Pegasus can do loys of damage. The Graboids, Recluses, and Forest Spectre provide a little extra damage when the Pegasi can't quite do enough. Lastly, the Explosion is perfect against whatever opponent is foolish enough to use permanents. I wouldn't recommend that.
