After playing around with scrambled shriekers for a while, I tried an upgraded one which ended up as a new PSNbow. I give to you without further ado the:

Basic ttw from preliminary testing is roughly 10. But in those the opponent cant do anything except what he does first turn. Shuts down most decks long enough ftw.

Damage: Discord
PC: They can't get permanents + EQ
CC: Rewind to exacerbate the vicious lockdown.
QC (quanta control): Discord + BH + EQ

[Demagog]

I just played some PvP2 with it. It's decent. Horrible against speed rainbows and immolation decks, and against anything with cheap CC you're screwed. Fine against everything else though.

Looks powerful, but can you yourself play your cards?
Mark of entropy would probably be better, so you won't get stuck?
