PvP Deck. I remember devising a similar, unupped version for Team Aether during War 3, but the upped card base makes it a bit more deadly.
The idea is to play Graboids and Evolve them, obviously. Use the Silences to protect the Shriekers from CC when evolving them and then either spam more Silences during the following turns or Burrow the Shriekers to make them immune to CC further. Silences are also useful for breaking through Dim Shield chains, Wings chains, etc. But they won't work against Sanctuary!
Somewhat of an experiment still, feel free to switch out cards as you see fit to try something a bit different. For instance, Thunderbolts might be a better substitute for Phase Shields if you're concerned with creatures who possess CC active abilities (Otys, Maxwell's, etc.). TUs are also a good substitute if you want to focus on speed.
