Blarp's Instosis [1.32] [FG][OTK][Arena]

A 1.32 compatible version to Sevs' Instosis: A modification of Chapuz's Mito-Dragon FG OTK which was in turn inspired by loadquo here.  Name by Jenkar

Alternate Build: Build below relies on you having drawn and played all six supernova, however it ends with 1 additional dragon and therefore can still OTK FG's with 2 damage absorption shielding.

Note that both decks are Chimeraless and slightly less consistent than the original; however, Blarp's Instosis retains the 200 damage FG OTK.



Combo
Silurian Dragon --> Mitosis --> Twin Universe --> SoR (original) --> SoR (copy) --> Mitosis (copy) --> SoR (copy)  --> SkyBlitz

Upgrade Order
Dragon, SN are absolutely required. The rest of the upgrade order should be

Hourglasses --> Time towers --> Skyblitz --> Shards of Readiness --> Mitosis --> Sundial

It is possible to remove one supernova for a precog or additional time tower, although beware drawing all 8 cards in the combo with a supernova still in the deck.
An upped parallel universe is not required for the first build.

I never thought Instosis could be saved.

Then I found this.

Blarp, as usual, turns out the best version for a deck there currently is. How, exactly, I don't know. You deserve as many cupcakes as possible.
Using your deck as a starting point, I built this:

Possible change could be -1 precog +1 SN, but I prefer this for speed. It's somewhat consistent, although it scratches for quanta if it has a bad hand.

Simply a chimera'd variant of yours. I didn't want to start a new thread (at least not yet), so here you go.

How do you use the chimera? Do you wait to use it as a TTK against shields?

In my instosis variants I just tend to run more time towers, although if precogs work better for you by all means

I'll admit I didn't think about it much but am I wrong? hand: dragon mitsos, SoR SoBe etc. play dragon and then you can use sobe to draw 2 and get chimera and last piece of combo. that way you can do the otk with 9 cards (10 if you include SoBe) instead of the chimeraless 8.


although you could also just draw with hourglasses or sundials if you have any left over.

I made it a try and ended with a TTK in a 7-card combo.
Dragon + Mitosis + SoR + PU (any dragon, just to have 4) + blitz + Chimera + Silence = 104 damage.

Unluckly, too many FGs have Mutation and Eternity and Octane is a quit because of 2+ flying EE and it would be too wonky putting a deja+rewind in case a combo card is drew in the last card.

interesting. i havn't thought about the TTK possibilities much. I'll think about it and see if I can come up with anything unstoppably OP.

In my instosis variants I just tend to run more time towers, although if precogs work better for you by all means

I do TTK, but mostly I just leave a few unused hourglasses and use them to draw through until the last parts of the combo as soon as I draw into a full hand. I recently dropped the precog for yet another hourglass, simply so that I could draw through the deck after drawing that  last crucial combo part. However, it is possible to leave yourself with everything except Silurian with that combo as well. Chimera can be a bit of a troublemaker in that way.
