Purify negates Shard of Sacrifice which is kind of needed for the deck to survive.  Since Reflective Shields were banned in leagues due to them causing desyncs, there was no way for the deck to counter Purify.

I see... "sacrifice status from target" applies to SoSac - I never thought of that!

Yeah, a relatively recent hard kick in the nuts to SoSac. I was surprised when I learned about it as well. It isn't exactly an unfair update, but it's practically an instant loss if your sosac gets purified in normal decks. I think it should heal you back up the 40 hp you lost playing sosac personally, but that's just me.

Wow. I have never even seen this deck used at the first few weeks of the League. I can imagine this thing stomping Ultimate no matter the variation used. A sure deckout; painful.

Not just the ultimate. SoSac dials, SPlat, debauchery, SNbows all fall to this.

Heck no.  blarp runs on very very little precious quanta.  it couldn't handle the increased cost and lower quanta production unupped.

You know I've never tried it unupped. You'd have to take out the precogs and add at least 1-2 quantum towers.

It'd certainly be worse, but the combo isn't broken by being unupped.


I'll admit I don't have a set of unupped braveries, but I'll fiddle around in pvp 1.

The loss of quanta could be fixed, not sure if the loss of effectiveness of the sosacs kills it. I'll post something about it eventually.

I doubt that would work. The shards themselves are expensive to play at around 5 quanta each.

Not to say this was a great player or anything, but without the precogs and I think 3 extra quantum towers, I didn't have any problems at all with quanta.
Worst part is the sosacs, so you'll probably get less EM's with the unupped version and you'll have to do more math, but doable.

If you have all the shards, feel free to play this unupped. Let me know if you find any tricks.
