Here's the deck:

I really don't know how creative this is.
You can often get a first turn scorp w/ buff. You use SoBra to get lots of scorps out and have the AI play the cards it gets. You can get to big poison counters.
Problems? Well, the only defense is 2 lightning. Not that great. Switched lightning for fogs. Popular demand and good idea. Also, no PC. Momentum helps with shields, but you just got to hope.
I won a couple games in silver with this. The idea seems fun, I guess.

Why the lightning as defense? fogshield would be much better I think?

Neurotoxyn needs stall to be well used, unless the attack power of the deck is higher than what I see.

This deck has a little bit more of a stall element to it.  Unfortunately, it still is no where near as powerful as the pre-patch version.

Starting from the deck in the OP, what about -2 thunderbolt, -2 scorp, -1 unstoppable, -1 SoB, +6 sundial? It'd be a little less stable, but it'd add a lot of stalling (relatively speaking) and wouldn't really be that much slower I don't think. Also, I agree that fitting in a fog shield or two is probably smart since you're not worrying about screwing up sosac healing.

edit: Regarding laxnut's version, drop some unstoppables for chaos powers. 3 CP/2 unstoppable is where the sweet spot lies IMO if you're using novae.

Maybe for greater stall effect add in Sundials, which would increase the probability of reducing incoming damage as well as allowing more time for the poison to work! The removal of card is not needed because of SoB.

Since SPlat deals poison based on cards being played, maybe using reverse time to deal more damage as well as cause your opponent to wast quanta and lockdown his card?  (Eternity would work aswell.)

Neurotoxyn needs stall to be well used, unless the attack power of the deck is higher than what I see.

Just because that's how it's often used doesn't mean it needs to be used that way. SoBe makes this play much more like a rush.

I did swap the Lightnings for Fogs though, but kept the rest of the deck the same. It works quite well as is.

it seems quite fun and able to become quite fast, especially with the opponent placing down a lot of cards. Fog shield would work better because it will mitigate the damage if the opponent decides to spam creatures.

Updated OP with fogs. Much better idea. Go haxing fog!
Also, I do know that Neuro is commonly (and probably more efficiently) used as a stall component, but this is cool and fun.
SoBra encourages AI to play cards so Neuro counter goes way up and they die more quickly than you do (ideally).
I appreciate all feedback.

i mean dune skorps are okay, but are they really a fast enough rush by themselves with no stalling? I mean I'd outrush this with any of my upped pvp 2 decks, especially if you're giving me extra cards through SoBe.

It might work out in low level arena, but for anything higher you'll need some stalling.
My default opinion of a new card is OP. Your job as a card creator will have to be to convince me otherwise.
Happy to help with questions regarding upped PvP
