Another god farming deck. I will not call it ULTIMATE :) https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=142.msg1405#msg1405

I already thinking about turning to green my mark or find alternative to queens.
I heard a rummor of scarab spaming factory coming soon. Maybe it will work :)

Changing your mark to green will help a little bit but won't solve the problem. It's only 1 extra green/round just one FFQ spends 2 green/round. And if you have 2 of them plus the Druids and Feral bonds .. I doubt you will have enough.

I'm doing a Scarab factory too :) It doing pretty well against most Gods but some of them like Scorpio seem like impossible to beat because of that damn poison. Actually I might post that deck here so I can get feedback and new ideas.

What about using Rustlers? One light for two green seems like a decent deal, and it seems to me that the only source of light usage there is Sundials, which aren't exactly heavy drains on them since they only last for so long and only take one light to begin with in order to draw.

Note that I haven't been playing for too long, so it's just an idea.

What about using Rustlers?
His deck is filled, 60 cards. He would have to take something out to put rustlers in. Plus in a 60 card deck he would need to put in 6 to reliably get one when he needs it. I personally think that would be a waste of space.

Well, not exactly.
But with 60 card deck, acording to all my matches the odds are like:

6 card - most time you will have this card in the opening hand or next draw
4 card - in 3-5 draws the card should pop
2 cards - near middle of deck you should have this card
1 card - way too random.

True. Plus, i suppose you won't need it that bad until you get it anyways.

Thanks! But as it is always mentioned actually there is not a big difference between all rainbow decks.
They all works this way or another against Gods.

This deck is amazing
It's almost identical to the one I posted. The one YOU said was terrible, remember? :) It seems you have learned how play against Gods. Gratz. :)

I still think this deck uses way too much green quantum. Also having 60 cards makes it a bit too random and luck dependent. It shouldn't be a problem to make it 50-54 cards which would help the probability to have Sundials early in the game when they are needed.

Got to agree with scaredgirl.  you have an overuse of green and gravity mana.
best is to take out a few ot ad another ouerglass. take out FFQ replace it with dim shields and your deck will be loads better.

I run mark of gravity, so I can activate otyughs.
As for green mana, sometimes you have FFQ on field, some times elfs, but priority as follow:
Feral Bond >> Elf >> Queen

So play bond, or gather mana for it, than play elf, and only than if you have green mana left - play FFQ.

Both FFQ can be exchanged for Rain of Fire or Squid or ...

This is RAINBOW. Variation is only in amounts of cards you put in it. I put 60 cards, with lot of double/quardiple cards because:

1. I never deck out against any god.
2. I still have more or less steady starting hand (having 6 oty in deck and 6 sundials helps a lot).
3. This is my style of play.
4. My duplicates allow to survive even after destruction of vital card (Feral Bond, Otyugh, for example).
5. ????
6. PROFIT

Best regards, compose your deck as it suits you. Add some cards, remove another.
The best thing about this particular rainbow, that it is mine and I love it :)

I understand there's a priority in which order you use that green mana. However if you have a rainbow deck that uses a lot of green mana, you might find yourself in a situation where you are unlucky and have most of the green mana cards in your starting hand. There is no way you can use all of them in a LONG time, so it's kind of like starting the game with 3-4 in your hand which will most likely lead to defeat.

I tried to design a deck in a way that quantum usage would be more or less balanced between all elements. This way no matter what your starting hand is, you have a high probability to be able to play all those cards relatively fast.

I also believe having 60 cards is too luck dependent. The bigger the deck is, the less chance of you to draw those important Time cards early (because of the 6 card limit). Decking out can be prevented simply by stop drawing multiple cards midway of the fight. You don't really need 60 cards to beat a God. If you survive the early attacks and have built up sufficent defense, you have already won.

Ok, lets do some math :)

We have 7 cards to start and 60 in deck.
6 of them are sundials, for example (your most favored card).

Chances of not getting sundial in the first hand are:

54/60 * 53/59 * 52/58 * 51/57 * 50/56 * 49/55 * 48/54

this is about 46% of time, so chances to have at least one is 54%

With say 54 card deck and 6 sundials chances are:

48/54 * 47/53 * 46/52 * 45/51 * 44/50 * 43/49 * 42/48

this is about 42% of time, so chances to have at least one is 58%

Does it worth to remove 6 cards from a deck just to get 4% better chances of getting one sundial in the starting hand?

My answer is NO.

Significant improvement in chances will be only if you reduce deck size to about 40.
They will be: 73% to have at least one sundial in hand for deck size = 40 and 6 sundials inside.
