Add some spice to your grinding! Making a custom SN/EM-Bow. https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=22524.msg285452#msg285452

Tired of using the sme deck over and over? Want to add some spice to the everyday grind? Well, you came to the right place!

First you start with your skeleton build.
PURE RUSH

Deck import code : [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 713 77g 7ae 7ae 7ds 7ds 7gm 7jr 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7tb 80g

EM FTW

Now I know what you are thinking. No Lava Destroyer? Wheres your second Graboid? Well, with this deck, there are no QT's, so you would need 3 SN's to get the required amount of quanta for either of those. In the meantime, you have a whole bunch of dead cards in your hand. Whats the speed in that?2 improved heals means an EM deck? What?

Now here is the part where it gets more interesting. Making the Deck fit you. This build is specifically designed for 3 things.
1)Creatures with casting cost <5
2)6 Precogs to speed through your deck
3)Customization.
4)You will almost never get more than 20hp done to you, and with the vamp dagger you would never get less than 40
Lets say I want to have more firepower. I have always loved recluses. 7 dmg for 4 :aether. Who wouldnt? So I changee the mark to aether and fill in the remaining slots.
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 713 77g 7ae 7ae 7ds 7ds 7gm 7jr 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7tb 80g 80g 80g 80g 8pu

Phase Recluses too fragile for your taste? Well abyss crawlers got your back. 6/6 for only 4 :water?  They will take a beating.

6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 713 77g 7ae 7ae 7ds 7ds 7gm 7gm 7gm 7gm 7jr 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 7tb 80g 8pp

Possibilities are almost endless. Now when you are bored of grinding you can change it up. Or maybe you wanted a speedbow for your favorite element? Well nows your chance.

Note:
For the earth build, use steel golems instead of graboids

Note 2:
Not drawing a pendulum on turn 1 is painful. You still have a 59% chance if you go first, and even higher if you go second, but I am considering if -1 precog, +1 Pendulum would be better in the skeleton build.

Any suggestions are welcome :) Hope this spices up your grinding a bit

Graboid < Steel Golem.
You think so? I always thought graboids were considered superior in rush decks

It ultimately depends.  The new AI has quite a bit of control which means Shriekers are more vulnerable when evolving than before.  However, in a small quantity such as this I'm not sure if it's a big concern.  My only possible opposition to Graboids here is that it's possible to interfere with :time, but as I said, with only one in the deck I don't think that's a big concern either and with 6 :time being used total, it's not very likely it will happen.

The other thing to question is whether or not you think this card will be more likely to get played early game or late game.  If it's late game then the Golem will obviously get more damage in over a Graboid since the Graboid takes time to evolve.  Early game however, Graboid is far superior for damage over time.

6/9 for 4 :earth.... hmmm.. More consistency at the cost of speed... For now I will make a note saying for the earth build to use Golems, as they will be superior for that without a doubt

Graboid is undoubtedly better in a rush deck, but then you have to consider whether you truly want a rush deck.

A 5-pend build is too risky, I personally prefer to use 6 to avoid bad draws (it's not only about loosing a game, it's about how uncool starting with 0 pends is).

It's a 5.6% chance of not drawing one with 5 and 2.9% with 6.  From my experience, the difference is largely unnoticed.

Is it really that small? I thought it was much bigger.
If it is that small, then why do people build PSNBs with 6 pends? I'm calling some sort of placebo effect on that.

It depends on the PSNbow usually.  Normally designs that aim to EM rather than rush will go with 6 because they need to be more consistent.  However as for the others...the only thing I can assume is that the Auto-mulligan system was unaccounted for, which causes the percentage to change dramatically.  Usually you can find something which either enhances speed or improves win rate to use in place of that 6th Pend.

If your deck relies (heavily) on a single Element, six Pendulums would be useful in actually generating quanta.

Between the SN and the Pendulums, you usually have no problem generating the quanta you need.
