-3 Quantum pillars:A few quanta support.
-2 Lycanthrope:Nice card like graboid.I prefer use momentum on it.
-6 Nova:Main quanta.
-1 Flesh spider:Low cost creature.For support the damage.
-1 Arsenic:Good weapon choice for the deck.
-2 Momentum:Bypass shields.
-1 Gravity pull:Creature control.
-4 Graboid:Main damage resource.
-2 Heal:Enemy will be slow.
-2 Deflagration:Permanent control.
-2 Purify:Poison control.
-1 Mirror Shield or Fog Shield:Mirror Shield for stall decks(spell based),Fog Shield for rush decks.
-1 Shockwave:Creature control.
-1 Lightning:Creature control
-1 Phase Spider:Nice cheap damage support.

hmmm, this doesnt look fast enough for level 3s, it definitely wont cut it against FGs, and i dunno whether this would be a good choice in pvp and arena, so whats it for exactly?

Too much quanta, try to keep each element (besides earth) less than or equal to 4 quanta. Also, since you have two spiders, a wings shield makes sense.

one reflective shield and two purifies seem to be a bit too situational. Maybe add a fog shield to stop early rushes. Alternatively, like patchx94 said, you have two spiders in your deck, so you can consider adding wings and making it an unupped wingbow.
