That's a random chance, but it wasn't generated by a Random Number Generator.

You can put in PU for targeting mutants. And you might as well put in RT for the Skelly instead of having it for Mutation fodder because.. really?

But think about it, what if you get a RT or eternity from SoSe/Mindgate 

Well, then you might as well just have an 18 QT and 6 SoSe build and call it a day, since you might get all the RNG cards from them

That's a 24 cards deck, it wouldn't work

So Diss Field is there because the element of the absorbed quanta is random. Weak, very little impact on the game. Needs Ice Lance and Crusader, but one from the Order of Not-endowing-your-own-Discord-unless-you-get-a-new-one-by-random-chance :>
