I had this idea last night and remembered now about it. Here it is, the 100% RNG deck. Yes, it sucks, but it's fun

PS: Mindgate is there because your opponent's deck is shuffled, so theoretically you get a random card from his deck.

This looks like something Team Underworld would use if War was fully upgraded and there were only 8 players who weren't drafted.

About skelly, I don't know, it can be used as mutation fodder as well.

You can put in PU for targeting mutants. And you might as well put in RT for the Skelly instead of having it for Mutation fodder because.. really?

Well, then you might as well just have an 18 QT and 6 SoSe build and call it a day, since you might get all the RNG cards from them
