ok, i'll take a closer look, but it seems like that percentage of wins is about 40% which is not bad ..

aether mono gives you very good chance (80-90%) against FGs, which don't molest a permanents.
this deck gives you a lesser overall chance, but due a lot of permanents, you can more easily beat even a massive exploiting/stealing FG.

I'll correct you:
80/90% against all non stealing/non explosions/non pests/non dissipation field/non butterfly effect/non bonds/non quicksand/non miracle/non other form of permanent/quanta control.

As for the deck, it looks very nice. Maybe I'll try it when i have some time.
