The deck can handle a singularity very easily if you need to get an epinephrine out first turn. So the following hand is very good: 3x nova 2x deja vu's 1x epinephrine 1x improved fog shield (if you lost the coin toss you get an extra card for starting hand. 1x bravery.) If that bravery gets you just 1 more freedom you'll be piling on the damage very fast.
Or even a sundial to let you get your creatures up higher. Patience on an unupped singularity just makes it waver between -1-->1---->-1 every turn.
It's built to let a deja vu go to 8/8 with adrenalin (attacking while its building up, so use its ability right away) then just finishing off the last 70 HP.

I've posted the original deck already, but this was way better. I've been pondering for months here and there trying to figure out how to make it better and to run smoothly. It had a rather jagged feel to it before, like you were hanging on the edge of your seat. I toyed around with sundials, precogs, QT, divinities, BB, silences, a nova version (the original),nova:supernova ratio's, improved heal, improved heal+divinity, explosions, improved steals, thunderbolts, Improved fog, dusk mantle, and finally flesh/recluse spider(s). I put in so much work and testing to see what felt right, what did the job best, and what I believe will help you out the most for highest WR:TTW ratio.
I got feedback on this deck from MPots (Adfardenty 2).
