Been playing against FG:s with this deck for a while now... Works good enough as it is, but still need some tweaking. Atm Im finding difficulties with things like:
-momentum/unstoppable creatures just laugh at the puny permafrost shield
-lack of creatures in the deck, combined to the waiting time to get one in your hand (with quintessence ofc)
-black holes, the earlier they show up the worse start you get
-quick sands, not so bad as the one mentioned above but a great hinderance unless you got a good luck with getting protect artifact early
-former "easy" gods are now harder for example miracle just keeps healing and even if set up your own healing and stay alive you'll still lose due decking out
-octane's unstable gas bomb rush :( guess Ill be adding that jadeshield into my deck just to counter this
-deck size = weakness against stalling fg:s  (bonewalls/miracles etc.) eternity here maybe?
-anything that devours.. makes fractalizing and ffq fly spam useless and greatly hinders your dmg output
-bonewalls are just made against this deck.. stalls your attacking and you cant pulverize it, if this is combined with any cc its auto loss
-long "setup" time (to get the regenerationg rolling etc.)

Momentum you can't do much against, thats what antimatter if for. Not many gods use it.
Lack of creatures is the same as most other god killers, its not a big problem.
Only one god uses black hole and hes pretty much an insta quit if you can't play an early sanctuary
Like the above, only one god uses quicksands, but this you can work around. At least in the upped version anyways.
Gods that use miracle, you need to save for burst damage, or fractal there big creatures like light dragons. Golems are always a nice fractal though.
octane is a bit of a problem, and jade shield does mostly solve it.
deck size isn't a problem with hourglasses and damage potential
Don't play firequeen against gods that can devour, or use air nymph if ones available.
bonewalls aren't hard with firefly queen/ fractal, again, air nymph is a good additional way to solve this.
Long setup time is just something you'll have to get used to.

Think Dream Catcher has a couple Black Holes too, can't really identify Black Holes as a problem to address in a deck with the maximum 6 of the only available counter card ???

Right, i forgot dream catcher has a ton of control, but the butterfly effect is what you really have to worry about, not the two black holes/quicksands.

If you want a better chance of surviving the early game, go -1 Mindgate, +1 Dim Shield. No guarantees that it is any better overall, though. I personally never Mindgate more than 20 damage, but then again, my luck is really bad.

Maybe I'm just not using this right, or I've been getting terrible draws against easy gods, or have been getting stuck fighting gods that this deck can't easily beat. I followed some of the advice in the first post, but it doesn't seem to work, and I've sunk nearly all my cash into this deck and skipped battles. Right now my deck has 7x upgraded quantum pillars, 6x supernovas, 5x sanctuary, 1 SoG, and 3x upgraded hourglasses. I haven't been using fractal because I didn't want to clog up the deck. My biggest problem seems to be either never drawing the cards I need quickly enough, or never having enough points to use them (I don't really think supernovas deserve all the hype they get, but maybe I'm just not using them at appropriate times). Any advice on how to use this deck easier? I sold most of the upgraded cards I was using from my previous deck (Scaredgirl's almost unupped rainbow) so it would be difficult to go back to using that deck.

Small sample bias -- the more you play the more likely it is that your results will fit the ones everyone else is getting. You may just have had a lot of bad luck, keep trying and eventually you'll get it right. I find it takes a bit of skill and adapting to the situations to play this deck -- you may also not had enough practice.

And it's too late to fix it now, but don't sell upgraded cards. Even if you don't need them immediately, you may want them in the future, and it's not worth selling them for the easy ~1000 electrum. Better to grind for the coins instead.

I suppose, and if necessary I could go back, I'd actually probably have a better version what with the upgraded pillars, now that I think about it I mainly just sold some odd things I got from opponents (they gave me way too many feral bonds, and inundation, two vampires, an upped parasite, and an upped light dragon which I liked but didn't see a quick use for).

Man, I've tried to use this deck for the last 2 hours, went through 20 games but I haven't even gotten close to a single win yet. Everything is just going too slowly for me, I just don't have the time to get things out before I'm already down to 30 health because they could do things for 4 turns but I can't.

Well darnit, after wasting 1000 coins on losing, I'm going to try something else.

It pays to test in the trainer.

I lost out on about 3000 coins from deck building and losses, and even more losses from the upgrades, but that's not even the primary problem I'm having. I can see how I'm supposed to win, and I've got the plan in my head, but it's just a pain getting the setup out there. Like against fire queen I know I need my ice shield on the field quick to slow down her monsters, but by the time I've finally gotten the shield one round is guaranteed to kill me, and I usually only have 1 sanct and maybe my only SoG on the field for minor healing. I'll probably add in some more quantum towers for more stability, at the very least it will make me be able to use miracle when I'm in a pinch instead of only when victory is assured and I want some extra cash for winning.

Just for all the people who are losing (really) badly...

This deck requires lots and lots of practice; you people with none are, naturally, doing rubbish, but people who have already used the upped version (like me) know how to play, and are doing well. So far I'd say that I'm on about a 35% win-rate... which is pretty much amazing for an un-upped deck.

For those starting out:

1. Go in trainer and play with the normal (upped) version.

2. Slowly start to "un-upgrade" the deck.

3. When your're down to about 10 upgrades, change to this version of the deck with upped permafrosts and hourglasses.

4. Change to this version of the deck, play a few matches to check that you now "get it", then go to the real game.

Just trying to end some of the negative input from unhappy buyers: Now they shouldn't lose any money :)
