I have a few questions,

Does this work in 1.30 (or whatever the current thing is) even though it says 1.26? And also, could someone post a Strategy/Skip guide? Also, what should you do if you only have 1 Pulverizer?
I use the skip guide from this thread:

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25609.0.html

And yes, it still works fine with the current version. However, I think you have to look for a second Pulverizer before using Flay 'Em, as much of a bother as that is.

Inspire in Amilirs Flay 'EM, I have made an effective semi unupped FG grinder, called Limitless Speed FG OTK (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,31572.html). It has the same defence and an attaking bonus of a 200 damage momentumed OTK for shield and CC avoiding.

He probably does since it's his deck :P
Either way, both are pretty good semi-upped FG farmers.

I always seem to get my Lava Golems out late and get out-damaged. Should I add another Golem, add a dragon from an unused quanta pool, or add an Hourglass? I worry about the hourglasses because I always get really close to decking out (thought I haven't played with this deck much at all and don't have a good strategy).
Why is my avatar URL not recognized???

You shouldn't be out-damaged if you're drawing enough Dimensional Shields ^^;

Exactly how good (or bad) is Flay 'em upped?
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

This isn't answering your question at all, but thanks to your avatar I just noticed that Eagle's Eye has a bowstring! :O And is that snow and clouds in the background?

Don't read this:
Spoiler for Hidden:
I remember that the OP said that the winrates of the upped and unupped versions were extremely similar. Maybe it's still written on the first post, too tired to go check though.
