The Nymph is mediocre unless you have more than 4 Towers out. If you don't have that many Towers, try to get a Destroyer out instead.

though silence is a nice card, its more useless then useful, imho. miracle can be countered with careful timing you fractal. catapult is not affected by silence afaik? and i dont know of any others changes, where silence is a must have...

silence might make some situations easier to handle, but it also makes the deck weaker...

Catapults are not blocked, if Osiris already has it on the field you can't use silence to stop him from playing it because it's already there.

Aflatoxin is a good replacement; in fact, most variants of the deck use it.

Fractal is still a good choice, since it lets you get past Miracles and do a final burst of damage in a Fractal-for-the-win scenario. With the cost increase, you'll be doing early-game tactical Fractals less often, but it's still worth using.

Whether you take Mindgate or Fractal is really up to your own preference (Mindgate variations can still get past Miracles if you stockpile the Mindgated creatures in your hand and then play them all at once when you can do enough damage to win).

Aflatoxin is good for reducing your opponent's damage if you lock up their board early, though you probably want to run a variant with three shields (extra such as jade or mirror) to make sure you aren't waiting as long to use afla, unless you want to risk killing yourself. It also depends on other factors in your variant; for example if you include a purple nymph, you may not need aflatoxin as much.

You'd really be fine with just not using aflatoxin or miracle and having one less card in the deck.

Fractal tends to give you more control over what you target, and you can always fractal your own destroyers or an opponent's creature. With mindgate, you can only pick from your opponent's deck, and you can't choose which creature because you don't have eternity. Its cost also builds up quickly, though you can get more cards in the long run. Fractal is just a simple one-time-use source of extra boom.

Fractal is more reliable; mindgate has more potential. Try both and choose for yourself.

the shield comes on time usually, and u have SoGs to stall anyway

Well, your playstyle is just like that then. And when the shield comes one turn too late, you knock yourself after realizing you could've survived that extra turn if you hadn't taken the damage from cells.

I'm not saying it's a bad risk to take, I'm just pointing out that it exists so people can adjust according to personal preference.
