I run a version of CCYB like the latter versions but found that the perm stability and always fighting for quanta on bosses like seism became frustrating. So i threw in a few perm control devices and it works beautifully. The only issues are its bulky and ramp time is a little slower..... it is still CCYB so the speed of wins and .. EM wins in this case is amazing. of course the ??? is Mind Gate.

nothing to special about it just that you don't get hit on your perms so hard anymore. Feels safe when you play it and always a good run.

PA's are useless and clog up your hand against a lot of FG's.

so is it better to change fractal for mindgate? Fractal was pretty usefull against miracle.

I personally am not to fond of Mindgate in CCYB, since Aether Tower is sometimes needed for it to be used efficiently. Also, I personally dislike Fractal because of it messing up Aether quanta (meaning no quints right after it) and your hand (meaning you have to dump, for example, your second Pulverizer or Permafrost Shield to make Fractal as efficient as possible). I prefer three quints, three destroyers, and stop drawing at first quinted destroyer against miracle.

Mindgate brings out more damage... and I dont use it when I have need for quints and  3 aether quanta or less... so it more or less works out. Plus, its fun to use. xD

i seriously think that aftaoxin is pointless. I usually survive easilly without it. And honestly the queen and fractal is by far better than 3 destroyers. That i am sure.
I use original deck -improved miracle, +jade shield, +improved heal.

Mindgate

     Pros
-Higher damage
-Healing against some gods
-Stalling against some gods
-Most gods are designed to beat themselves, Scorpio with Purify, Neptune with Permafrost and Shockwave, etc.

     Cons
-It costs a lot

It really does help me.

I've beaten many FG"s thanks to aflatoxin, the most notable being Rainbow (ignore Purple Nymph. I rushed Rainbow so hard that by that time I brought the Nymph out, I didn't need to use it. Antimattered Lycan was a result of the spell):

I have to agree: happened to draw PA once against Seism and Purify against Scorpio from the Mindgate: pretty awesome  :P
In some case I won't get it out or use it too soon in order to save my aether quantum for Quint but the card is definitely one of my favorite one: it make games way more diverse and fun along with crazy card advantage.

Aflotaxin is so strong that I started running 2 of them in order to increase the frequency that I see one early in the game.  What I love is that the second one is not even a dead card.   Even if the field is filled, you can cast it on something nasty the FG has out.

-1 Elite Queen + 1 Blue Nymph is very effective. However, a Purple Nymph is up to you. I personally use a 3 Quints variation so that the Purple Nymph can be used (and ends with funny EM's), but only take out one Antimatter if you do.
