I've been having a good time with a minor variant of this deck.  I'm wondering exactly how bad an Idea you think it is to have two eagle eyes ?
Hmm.. that depends.

On one hand Eagle's Eye is pretty awesome if you get it early on. On the other hand having 2 of the same cards sucks in case you get both of them in your opening hand and your opponent has no plans to steal/destroy it. Also it kind of imbalances quantum usage.

Best thing would be to just test it.

I don't know why you'd put Bloodsuckers in over Vampires for a deck that has blessing in it o_O

Bloodsuckers are cheaper, look cooler, and against level 3 you don't need any healing. With PvP version, Steal is the only option.

Hmm, you might not need any healing but your need for creature control is also limited.  I definitely agree for PvP.  But you're definitely not getting the most out of blessing against level 3, which is a pretty damn fine card.

Ele Mastery is nice.  If I ever run a version of this at level 3 I suspect I'll be running at least one Vampire, just for those occasions when the AI plays a single virus the turn before it dies.

good good deck, and good idea.
I've tried and find that in top50 you need really LOT of luck to win. My chances become better using pulverizer, leaving graboids and having a PU to double my biggest guy (usually momentumed). I also got some more defensive card to survive other fast decks: Otyugh and Mind flayer. Aether seems overcharged (i currently have no money to upgrade and no intention of selling my decks' cards) but in practise isn't: the PU is not for early game so there's time to wait.

That's funny because I find top-50 to be very easy because AI is so dumb and predictable.

The biggest problem is probably the fact that you don't have Explosion. I pack 2 of those and they really help against rainbow decks. Just steal/destroy Hourglasses and life will be much easier.

FFQ can be annoying though if AI gets it on the table early. I sometimes use both Thunderbolts to kill it.

hum-hum. I continue to prefer pulv+ulitharid (the best against otyugh, ffq, druids). But it's going to be a matter of taste :D
Sure is that momentum is better than charger: one creature less but if you get a 12/12 momentumed growing creature...

I've been having a blast with this deck, and aside from having an arsenic in instead of poison, i have the same list, though i did toy with an Oty as well.  I only lost twice vs lvl3... one i had no pillars/towers for four turns, and the other, i had 10 poison on me by turn 3 or 4, and all towers/pillars.  the thing i like about arsenic is that it's even more persistant than the poison, and it's never really been a problem getting the 2 death to cast it

taking back my reply - i was just really unlucky
i've been playing non-stop now and just lost 1 more time - won about 20

well i fought against those chrysoaor (those annoying poison spitters) in combination with ice -
had no chance to do anything, since i didn't get good cards

unsure about ur new version : bone wall is really nice, even more if u use thunderstorm
does poison really make up the difference in defense?
btw against poison builds i'd use purify all the way, or you'll end up with 10 poison marks
and i think you should use more light quantum
The new version is all about damage. There are no defensive cards. Zero. This will make you die faster but also make the other guy die faster. I've never lost to level 3 with that deck but I have all cards upgraded so maybe that helps.

You are right about Poison, it's nothing special. I took it for 2 reasons: It's CHEAP and it's DEATH, and there are no better fast damage cards in death.

I'm using zero light quantum with the new version so yeah, I should use more :) Problem is again that there are no good fast damage cards in Light. Take Morning Glory if you have it. You will have 2 weapons but just use whatever comes first.
I'd like to know where this is...

Problem with Twin Universe is that costs too much. Also like I said before, this deck (although is about fast attack) needs some kind of defense. Go try it without and you will see what I mean.

I took Fire Spectre instead of Lava Golem because Fire Spectre is cheaper and Lava Golem uses earth quantum.
Well, Fire Spectre, when upgraded, costs 3, I believe, which is only one less than the unupgraded Lava Golem. Also, you have nothing up there that requires earth anyways, so using it to buff your Golem would probably benefit you more. I tried it with the trainer with Bone Walls and Dim Shields, and Bone Walls DID work better, because they are harder to destroy and impossible to Steal (I was playing T50), but when I replaced them with TUs, I ended up winning MUCH faster, since I was able to copy my large attackers right away, and Aether was never in short supply thanks to the Supernovas. It's obviously a personal choice, but when I see this deck, I think of it as more for PvP, not for the False Gods, so I didn't bother trying it against them, since I'd most undoubtedly lose. :-\
Graboids.

here's my version of the speed rainbow deck:

notable alterations include:

out: 1x graboid
in: 1x pulverizer
more permanent destruction is necessary to deal with so many hourglasses and sundials in the t50.

out: fire specter
in: graviton firemaster
i like that it stays on the board longer with the extra hp.

out 2x thunderbolt
in: 2x congeal
doesn't matter how many hp the creature has, and you should have the game in hand by the time it unfreezes. speed poison utilizes this card well, and so can this deck.

out: improved steal
in: twin universe
the advantages of using TU have already been discussed earlier in the thread. cutting the thunderbolts makes it an easy include.

out: eagle's eye
in: elite queen
pulverizer is the current weapon of choice, and the queen can accumulate damage pretty quickly. this puts the deck a little low on creature removal, but that doesn't seem to be too much of a problem. i had pulvy and EE in the deck for quite a while and i always found myself with the EE sitting dead in my hand because i needed to destroy a sundial every turn.

archangel is a decent damage card. it tends to draw damage to itself which it can heal, or it can allow graboid to stay above ground against something like an EE. also, bonewall was removed as it has no synergy with this decks complete lack of ability to remove a creature from the board as well as its offensive strategy. the deck currently doesn't use anything from the death element. none of the cards seem to fit well enough even if the cost is effectively nothing as the reduction in card quality seems too great.
