Can we use a non-upgraded version of an upgraded card?

You can't.

My question: can I buy packs multiple times if I am not satisfied with the cards I have received from the first pack?
Edit: nevermind, found my answer. I will get the cards only in the next round, so I obviously can't sell them this round.

Will the NPC decks be same every round or will they change? If they change, will they become stronger/better or will they stay around the same difficulty? Will they contain upgraded cards eventually?

They will stay the same. Also, you can't play versus a deck that you've already defeated.

I received a mark of fire in one of my packs.... Herp?

What are mark cards classified as? Some type of hidden or ultra rare that I can at least sell for a decent amount of  next round? Or are they simply pillars that I will not be allowed to use due to me not having any, and thus being a complete waste of a card? ;P

I haven't been able to duel one of my opponents because our time zones are too different. We have both been sending messages to each other trying to find a good time, but we haven't found a suitable time. Is it possible for both of us to at least get loss money (50 )?

Managed to hook up for bogtro for the match. I though it was bo3 and i left at 2-0, couldnt find him again for the last duel. What is the rulling for that situation?

Question on the buy/sell section...
Will the update on our card pool be made public or at least known to us?  Will you guys keep track of those cards?
Otherwise, if someone made a mistake about the cards he can/can't play, we will never know.  Also, I'd like to know what was my opponent card pool the round before when I face him, but I won't go through tons of pages to dig the info everytime.  That made me realise that though the event is fun and not that complicated... keeping track of the cards will be harder and harder each round. then again I'm sure you guys have a good system to note that stuff.

1. You should be keeping track of your own card pool. Many ways you can do this.
2. Why should you know what cards your opponent has?
