PvP World Championship - RULES

1. HOW TO SIGN UP?
If you are one of the qualifiers, you may now sign up for the PvP World Championship!!!
To do so, go to the SIGN UP thread.

2. GAMEPLAY
World Cup style format. Top 'x' players advance to the next Group Round.

3. BEFORE DECKBUILDING
--No Shards--
For Each Group:
Each player chooses 3 elements and bans 2 elements.
 - Any element that receives a vote may be used unless it receives 2 or more bans.
Each player chooses 5 cards to ban.
 - Any card chosen by 2 different players cannot be used.
Each player votes on card limits (3 - 6).
 - Determined by the amount with the highest number of votes.
Each player votes on the amount of upgraded cards allowed (3-12).
 - The average is taken and rounded to determine the amount of ups allowed.

Deckbuilding is done using the rules determined by the players in the group.

4. MATCHES
Matches are best-of-5.
Elements can only be used a maximum of twice per duel. (OR once if 7 or more elements are available).
Other elements' Pillars, Pendulums, Mark Cards, and Marks may be used. (Even if they're banned, since they don't count as using the element)

Bans: Reverse Time, Arctic Squid
Card Limit: 6
Upgraded Cards: 7

GROUP D:

Bans: Earthquake, Ghost of the Past
Card Limit: 6
Upgraded Cards: 11

Post battle results in the Group Round thread. PM decks used to the majofa. [Group C will PM them to ddevans96] (Please save your decks and edit them in at the end of the round.)

Will each players decisions become public, or are you just giving the info (banned elements, banned cards, card limit and ups)? I'm leaning towards the latter.

I assume used by the group, due to the later elements can only be used twice/max once with 7 elements?
