4, 2, and 1 are the scores for tournaments only.
When they say PvP Events (10, 4, 2, 1) they mean events like: Heir of the False Gods, Trenzalore, Sacrifice, etc.

This means that according to the rules, if the WC were to start today, players in green would be in, and the players in yellow would play a qualifier for 5 slots in the WC.

Um... i have more points in the link in opening post than in "updated" version. How's it possible for points to decrease?

Um, I'm not sure why, but the doc appears to have bugged for several players late in the alphabet at the time I took the screenshot.

Aww, I need to get my butt in gear :p  I've been unable to make a lot of tourneys lately, and unable to win the ones I have made.  I might have to see about some of the other events; I'd thought about trying out for 12 lives, but while I was dithering over the decision, it started without me.

Puff and WWW are qualified I think, I did a second place in 11 April tournament

The amount of points received for winning Trials will be reduced for elements with 2 or less players. (Possibly even 3 or less)

NOTE: This will not affect the current Trials.
