Anyways, last one for you majofa. Can I use 3 or less cards of an element and have that deck NOT use up that element.

For example, would I be able to run an aether/darkness duo that splashes in 2 soul catchers and have it only use up the elements  and  ? Or would that deck be illegal. If I wanted to use soul catchers would I have to include at least 4 and have the deck become an aether/darkness/death trio?
