This was a bizarre game where I drew 5 Titans and Flying Weapons before I drew a single Catapult - I had plenty of quanta, too, so my draw was still quite fast. Ended up losing by one turn, thanks to an early Nymph from dragons.

Lost toss in the (more or less) mirror match, so I thought I was done for - dragons would get pulvy out before I could, and the denial would end up killing me. It didn't help that I had no BB in my starting hand, either. However, dragons doesn't have a Pulvy in his opening hand so I manage to play mine first. EQ comes down on my Gravity pends which stops me from ruining his quanta base, but I do have three Gravity quanta saved up to deal with a Pulvy if he plays one. One BB on his Golem put me ahead in the damage race, and though I didn't draw a second one to use on his Auburn Nymph I did get a lot of Golems instead. With three on the board and two more in hand his Auburn couldn't stop all the damage, and the constant use of the three cost skill left dragons unable to play Golems for too long. Ended up winning by a turn or two.

There was no real way for dragons to win this without locking down the board with Squid - I think I had the advantage in the squid Wars, as my deck plays Water Pillars instead of Pendulums, it's slimmer, and it has the double freeze in it, but I'm not certain. As it happened, I won the coin toss and played the first Squid - after that dragons never really had enough quanta to compete.

I had no idea what to play in the trio game, so I made this thing up. Got countered by Catatitans - a couple too many upgrades in it anyway.

Won the coin toss so played my Warden before he played his Otyugh. Warden + Blessing is outside of Otyugh range so I think I could have stabilised either way, though he did have double heavy armor... Could have gone either way. Once I had my Wardens on the board there wasn't much dragons could do.

Playing Gravity Shield on turn 3 instantly won me the game here. However, the deck has 26 upgrades instead of 24, so a loss.

I knew this probably wasn't my best choice, but I do love Mono Air. I ended up with a sub-par draw, but dragons had a truly awful one so it ended up being a comfortable win.
