3 pends no EQ no Devourers and all pain. He dropped devourers early, but not much else, I got out an early Gargoyle and Golem to get some damage on the table, but without more quanta his devourers pretty much shut down what I could play and once he got Duck&Dagger on the table it was all over.

I had a strong inclination that Mono Death rush was coming my way - I figured bypass damage for sheilds and a swarm of Oty would do wonders - however I drew 6 quanta in my opening hand and 3 more in my next 6 draws along with 3 flying weapons, not much I could do to stem the on-rushing death hordes.

I'm not 100% sure on this deck code - I swapped a couple cards after loading the deck it may have been -1 Oty +1 Tower

I loaded the deck and clicked search - and said to myself oh crap oh crap double crap there are so many counters available to this deck, what have I done. But I got a lucky match up and pulled out a win here, not much that could be done by Dani, just the entertainment of watching my every growing HP and poison counters.

Was fairly certain I'd see either mono air or mono Gravity here with CataTitans possible as well, I'd hoped to counter all of them with MonoDark. Neither of us had a stellar draw, but my damage came much faster, being able to steal his gravy shield so that my dragon could land hits was key as well

I liked the rushiness of this deck - and while I still feared mono air, and briefly considered modding the deck with SoFo to deal with it I just decided to run the deck as is. Dani had a pretty awful draw, just one pend and while she got devourers in play I had an excellent quanta draw and threw creatures down on the table like mad, Turn 2 Charger, Turn 3 Charger, Turn 4 2 Mercs and then I was mostly locked for the rest of the game, but at that point I had too much damage to be slowed down.

It looks like I could have used 2 more upgrades - oops

I was nearly 100% certain I'd see a UG deck, so I loaded my Mirror Shields and went to battle. I drew an opening turn Mirror and not only countered his UG but largely countered his Damsels as well, then dropped a few Angels which politely ignored his EE and one me the game

You shouldn't have to; I made codes for old tourneys long ago, so that's a TO mistake. Just yesterday I sent out codes for WC2 winners, but this wasn't finished then, so I'll send your and Jen's today. Tourney batch for recent ones will likely come within the week.
