1. HOW TO SIGN UP?
Sign up by posting in this thread with a link to at least 1 qualifying* events you participated in from October 2011-September 2012.
*Weekly tournaments, PvP Events, Trials, League

2. GAMEPLAY
World Cup style format. Top 2 players in each Group advance to the Knockout Round, and the winner is automatically qualified for the PvP World Championship. The runner-up will take the place of any players not participating in the PvP World Championship.

3. DECKBUILDING
The only elements allowed are: (Other cards are not allowed)
Shards are banned.
You cannot use the same element more than twice in a match.
Other elements' Pillars, Pendulums, Mark Cards, and Marks may be used.
You may use up to 6 upgraded cards.

4. MATCHES
Matches are best-of-5.
