Elements PvP Tournament - Your ideas!

Celebration of Opposites:
Build a deck with cards of 2 opposing elements.
Each element must be represented by 5 cards at least, that means you cannot for instance build a deck that is all death but with 2 heals.

This has actually been done before.  Discord/Black Hole and a Water/Fire control deck were basically the only two decks used.

Then everyone would switch between the two decks I mentioned, or attempt to use an out-of-the-box deck that may or may not work.

Be the AI-

Uses the rules that Zanz has for the AI3 decks

- Add lots of variety to the deck (accomplish this with max of 3 of a single card)
- Max 3 rare cards per deck (at least 1 rare per deck would be best)
- Can be mono, duo, trio rainbow and anything in between
- Can not choose mark. The mark is automatically set to be the mark of the most used element in the deck

I've posted in the general discussion section a screenshot of the last tourn before defeating Rainbow with EM. It could be a kind of tournament to post there the beter last turn against Rainbow (with EM)

Would it be possible to have the first post of this topic edited to include past/possible tourney ideas? I know SG started the thread and it's her post, but it would be useful to see what other people have suggested so people don't repeat ideas (I'm guessing she wouldn't mind, either). Or maybe even make a new locked & stickied topic with only one post that has tourney suggestions.

What about the exact opposite of a cheapskate tourney--instead, run a "High Price" tourney? Maybe something like you can only play cards that have a 5 or greater quanta cost (or whatever number people think is good)? Pendulums/pillars would be exempt from this rule, of course. It might also be fun to run during an upgraded card tournament, because some cards might be permitted unupgraded but not upgraded (since upgraded cards often have reduced quanta cost). Quanta cost is just one variable for possible tournaments--a different tournament could be only playing cards that cost an even number (or odd number) of quanta to play.

Just to point this out, the original plan was to take the winner of the RPS competition and host a tournament with the winning decks.  However, the decks ended up being much less exciting than originally intended, and the tournament was canceled.
