I see this working for an upgraded tourney, since expecting upgrades also warrants expecting a multitude of rares.

Bad title - Speedy Chimera

How fast can you win with a chimera?
You must win using a chimera.

- decks must have at least 3-6 chimera copies
- the final blow must be dealt by a chimera - use a screenshot if necessary
- aim for speed
- Armagio ban, (Titan ban?)
- unupped

Banned cards:

• All forms of healing  (healing spells, vampires, LS, stiletto, light-nymph, sanctuary etc)
• All shields
• Armagio and gravity pull
• Reverse time and eternity
• Anti-matter, purple-nymph, freeze, arctic squid, basilisk blood, earth-nymph
• earth-quake and trident

If I forgot about any other form of stalling or slowing down rushes, then please add them to the above list.

Deck-size limited to max 32 and must have more creatures than spells (to limit CC-spam)

Another twist for the upped vs un-upped nature of the tournament:
Usually tournaments are either all un-upped or allow unlimited upgrades, while War and several other PVP events allow limited # of ups per deck. So, lets do a gradual upgrade progression for a tournament, where each round the number of allowed upgrades doubles, maxing at 32:

So, for first round in case of 17-32 players: 2 upgrades would be allowed, for 16 player round 4 upgrades, for the 8 player round 8 upgrades, for the semi-finals 16 upgrades and for the final 32 upgrades.

Rule of ONE

Rules:
 - No shards
 - You can only have one coppy of a any card, yes even only one Pillar and one Pendelum

Question - What, I can only use 1 Pillar?
 - Yes, you can only use one pillar from single element, but you can use one from every element so in total of 12 (+1) Pillars can be used.

What about Marks?
 - They are allowed, but you can't use Mark card, that matches your Mark, as that would mean you have 2 of that.

Notes - It can be done easily with upped cards, but it would be realy fun in unupped enviroment. So I think it should be unupped, just to see what people could come up, if they can't use any card twice.

I got this idea from Bronze league (and Ai0), when one deck had like all diferent pillars and didn't seem to play any card twice.

OK heres my idea:

NAME:Unwanted visitors

RULES:

1.no upgraded cards
2.shards are banned
3.create a mono deck with 40 cards,your mark has to match the element you choose to create a mono deck with
4.when u created a deck u have to choose 15 cards from an element that doesn't match your mark,cards you choose cannot cost 0 quanta
5.any cards that can give you other elements quanta are banned(e.g. nova,steal,fireflyes,pillars,pendulum,...)

i dont know why 20 posts are needed to enter a tournament, there is a great community in the chat where idea's can be spun and advice given, i learn loads from it watching it for over a year and them finially participating when i beveled i learn t enough....

(it's an attempt to a tourney with no dominant deck. I'm not sure there is actually no dominant deck with these cards, but there shouldn't be.)

Wow. That's really really annoying to deckbuild for RR. I think you probably took out too many cards, but you certainly achieved the desired effect. I'd say silences might have to go, but that's about it.
