it is 10, but if 30 or less you still are asked questions by host b4 they authorize you and they can deny authorization if your 10 posts lack "quality"

Thanks for that clarification.  Also, can anyone tell me if you have a maximum number of decks you can make?  From the rules it seems like even during a best out of 3 match you can switch whenever you want.  And do you have to submit all your decks to the host?

if the tournament doesn't have a restriction on switching decks, you can switch and use any number of built decks you want. however, the number of games limits the number of decks used.

each deck that wins must be submitted to the host, but you can submit more to check legality.

an example: last tourney (I came in top8) I built 5 decks, used 4 - 2 of which were used in each of my best-of-3 matches.

When you say you have a deck limit on each game you play does that mean you get 1 deck for 1 game and 2 for 2 games?  And sorry, but do you submit your decks during the tournament or after the tournament to the host?

right when you win a match, you submit decks.

you can use same deck for every game, or just 1 game. (some tourneys limit you to 1 deck for every match though)

This makes no sense as there are and there still will be illegal decks. Just like today.

Players need to be more observant and notice when their opponent has no Life creatures despite rules saying one requires 5 Life creatures

In some cases it could still be a bad draw. In some tourneys it is not as easy to notice illegal decks.

This is true, bad draws can hide that sort of thing sometimes.  One of the games I played in the last tourney, my opponent started with what looked like monoentropy (towers + entropy mark) but about 4-5 turns later drew death quanta.  I assume that 5 death creatures were present, but my poseidon didn't let him play any death cards.
