Holi - Only rainbow decks are allowed. Rainbows are classified as more than, or equal to 5 elements, excluding "other". Max deck size 40.

Might want to ban cards like BH, EQ, trident, nova and immo, otherwise it ruins the point.

Attaching so many asterisks to this week's featured rules feels unnecessary - no previous featured rules have done it to this degree. Potluck should set the standard here, three rules is fine, this week essentially has five. It makes deckbuilding feel like a chore and not a challenge, and certainly not a fun one - which I feel like these should promote above all else.

The off element rule is just there to clear up what people consider a duo/trio and so that there's no confusion. The upped rule is there so people make decks using similar ups - without them some may make 30 upped and other 0 upped. I thought that there were only two main ones - pick a set of elements, and dont repeat combination, with bans there just to balance it. However, if these do seem too complex, we will try make simpler rules next week. Thanks for the feedback!
