How about instead of making me do it, why don't we do it? As in everyone that wants to be involved in the league.
Edit: What if we used a vow system? When you sign up, you vow to play each person X number of times. If one person says once, and another says six, they will only have to face each other once. Of course, a person can play people more times than they vow, they just can't exceed six per person. If a person vows to play 3 games against everyone, they don't have to accept challenges from someone they have already played 3 matches against. I'm not sure what kind of penalty there would be for not meeting the requirements of your vow though. There may be some complicated situations too. I think if one player that chose a vow of three didn't play three matches against someone who made a vow of four, the person that vowed three should get the penalty because they were the ones that set the minimum amount of games to be played between those two players. This way people are encouraged to play more. I guess if it's one person's fault though, and there is evidence of this, that player would take the penalty regardless of who made the smaller vow.
Thoughts? I'm sure it's not perfect...
