 - This deck has no restrictions and will have 3x mark and 200 HP.
Then each remaining player will build 1 deck to face the decks.
 - This deck has no restrictions and will have 1x mark and 100 HP.
The win percentages will be added together, the player with the highest percentage will be declared the winner.
PM your deck to majofa and Submachine.

Is this meaning just the eliminated players from last round? or is it meaning any eliminated player since round 1?

As I understand it, I read it as any eliminated player from round 1-4 can post decks, but they are not forced to do so. Correct me if i'm mistaken, majofa.

Any eliminated players. The organizers will settle on which decks to use if we get too many.

A suggestion to the organizers: maybe you should PM the eliminated players as they may not be checking this thread since they were eliminated.
