I like the speech. Lots of little water imagery, and clever paralell's of other speeches.
However, it really failed to motivate me to really be a part of the team. It seems like a little summary for all 'your fans at home', or something along those lines, and I was left wanting more.

This speech/poem is written by the General. Its purpose is to motivate the team, and make your enemies fear you. Think of it as a speech by Mel Gibson in Braveheart, just before the big battle.

So...yeah. It's SUPPOSED to be for my own warriors -- or 'fans at home' as you put it.  So...thanks!
