Friends, Atlanteans, countrymen, lend me your ears.  We come not to drown our enemies, but to praise them.  Four score and fifty-two days ago, the first War ended, and due to my own errors, the Acolytes of the Deep ended up all wet.  The Acolytes are no more -- but today, we come together anew under the banner of Water to make it rain doom upon our foes.  We hold these truths to be self-evident: that a War is won not by reputation nor by strength of arms, but by the hearts and souls of it's soldiers -- hearts and souls that we intend to take from our enemies and feed to the fish! 

Today, as Master of Water, I call upon all of you whose rage burns ice cold, all of you who have been going with the flow for too long, and are ready to stand up, and crush all those who oppose us with the brute force of a tsunami, the bitter endurance of the polar ice, and the patient, unyielding effort of a river cutting through the bedrock.  Our enemies are many, our equals are none.  We shall unite as raindrops flowing into the sea, stand tall as a grand iceburg -- knowing that only we know the mass and strength that lurks below the calm surface. 

Today, we unite under a new banner -- a new name for a new army.  Today, we announce ourselves -- The Vortex! 

And to our enemies, we have only these words: this time, it's sink or swim.

Meh, it's your choice. The only reason I said it is that I had to go through the elements one by one to see which one was missing, before I could figure out what it was.
