Awesome is subjective. If the master thinks it is then it is so. I find standing on a mountain top not awesome due to have been standing atop them a lot. While someone who has never done so finds it awesome.

Someone flying an airplane the first time might be awed, someone else might be terrified.

The awesome part cant fail a team imho.
I'll change my mind if you can explain to me why its awesome.

I'm not part of time so I wont argue in their favor. I simply wanted to point out that awesome is too subjective and can't or rather shouldn't be a rule for that very reason. Some other critera must be used to define what is needed or wanted.

The Song Fails because you haven't used the Export dictated in the rules. It has to be the smaller 150px size widget not an offsite link.
Once it is in the correct form SG can come along and resave your post and the song will become a little active widget like those seen here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,7329.0.html)

You can have both the link and the embed if you'd like but the embed is required for the task.

As for the Banner, convince me, turn me around. You must think its Awesome to argue against my claims, explain to me why it is awesome to you.

I can explain the banner.

If you pay attention to the story, it says that all time elementals know, in the end, there is room for no one else on the world.

You should note that the hourglass has no sand on top.

It's our way of saying "time's up".

its awsome kael because 1. hourglass is a important time card used in many diffrent typed of decks also it signifies speeding time up and eventally when it empty as glitch says it means time up time up can mean many diffrent things i think of it as one times up for are enemies and 2. the time for woar has begun.
now onto the other reason its awsome it clearly shows time in the banner itself even my mom who looked at it and i gave her the lsit of 12 elements clearly knew it was for time also it fits in well with the speech of gltiches but maybe add a reverse time to make it fit with spikes speach and it becomes over 9000x more awsomer :)
