No offense to The Dictator for his :water banner -- it looks good -- but since the roster has changed so much and my wife is itching to flex her Photoshop skills, we'll have a new banner coming in sometime prolly tomorrow evening-ish my time. :)

Dictator, I like your image but it's very hard to see the words. Try using a stroke of some sort over the text to make it more readable?
