Long ago, before anything else was... there was darkness. It permeated all and was all. For ages inumerable, it existed peacefully, for there was nothing else to disturb its rest. But in a moment, a flash, suddenly all else came forth from the darkness. These elements, entities, and beings were unlike the darkness in every way, even though it was from the darkness they had all come. And by their very presence, the eternity of peace was shattered.
Despite being of the darkness, all that now was apart from the darkness strained to separate from the darkness and appointed themselves leaders so that they could wage war upon the darkness, and for the first six millenia, they marched out and captured ground. Taking what was never meant to be theirs, and claiming dominion over all that is, they deluded themselves in the belief that they do could be like the darkness, which could envelope all. But no matter which faction claimed dominance over the others, dissent remained, division remained, and war remained.
And so, as the 7th great war draws near, in an attempt to bring peace back to all that is, Darkness has risen up again. Darkness is led into war by Master and General Odii Odsen. To aid him in battle, he has summoned five powerful warriors, the ingenious and industrious strategist CCCombobreaker; the fearless and unpredictable warior Vangelios; the brutal and cunning assassin Regyptic; the merciless and loyal seventh Master of Darkness bogtro; the brave and mystical shadow knight iamme134.
Together, they follow their General into battle to bring back peace to all that is, by once again returning all to Darkness.
