If you want thematic sense, the game says elementals are defined by their Mark, yes? Well most of my Darknessy decks have an Aether Mark xD (more than any other Mark :P)

Tho to my ears it clearly doesn't suit war concept, but all masters tend to repeatedly suck at it anyway :p
