It looks like you posted the thumbnail.  Next time go to Additional Options and check 'No Thumbnail?'.

I prefer the original banner without the names, the text doesn't seem to suit the background image, at least not in my eyes.

Agreed with miniwally. It might be because I generally like minimalism, though. The banner w/o the names is very kickass. (Also, I really don't like the font for kevkev's name. I understand that it's supposed to be a "fire" font, but it looks more like a red wax-candle mess to me.)
