I hate to be a downer and all, but I personally think that this banner is probably the worst banner so far. (By 'so far', I mean in practically all of the War events; anyone can spam a bunch of icons showing how the 'masses of ' are greater than all of the elements, while trying to (no pun intended, as a non-Master of Time) show a person 'smoking' the competition.)

I give props to your efficiency Zeru, but in regards to actual substance, this makes me sad. The funny thing is, (your counter-element) has the most elaborate poster. Coincidence? ^^;

What you assume and reality are way off.

The picture is the horizon of human understanding, so you better don't assume too much.
You can however look into War #2 propaganda and recognize that a warped form of the picture was there as well alongside with a normal banner.
