i was thinking about a  :time spell, wich causes both players to draw 2 cards, at the expense of 3 :time quanta
 seems useful in some rush decks, and probalby useful in deck-out strategies, or simply clog up the opponents hand and force him to discard something potencially useful

please discuss and tell me what you think :)
