Wolf Leader | Fenrir

I've already seen this idea of a card, but I personaly think it needs work and it needs to be done totaly different.
The card ideas I've seen all have mitosis.. which makes no sense to me. This is what I came up with.

Side notes/Nerfs/Buffs:
- I'm still not sure about the quanta cost nor the skill cost.
- I think the ability is prety decent, a new aspect of the game posibly.

What bossitron asked, plus

Giving more HP, while also lowering the casting and skill cost as well is too much. Perhaps keep the +1 HP and the skill cost lowering, and average out the casting cost at 7-7

I remember an MTG card with a similar ability and it was a green wolf

I also remember a yugi-oh card called Fenrir
