new passive: cloaked

The creature with passive <cloaked> cannot be targeted from enemy with one-target spell or skill. Opponent cannot even see its status or ATK|HP. The creature will be graphically covered.
Instead, this passive is removed when the opponent uses massive CC like RoF or Panda.
Exactly same as Cloak.

Needs either a 1 turn delay on said creatures or a very noticeable graphic on said monsters spaces after they vanish, lest the forum become flooded with "Bug!" threads from damage out of nowhere.

There has to be some note that a creature exists there, just that it cannot be targeted.  Maybe black out the space that is cloaked?

For most, this should be noted when the card is played from hand, but there is the concern of whether people notice it enough to not freak out over this "bug"
