I thought about a cast of  or  with the following effect:

"The target creature can activate his ability twice per turn, if the ability cost is not 0."

That can prevent the combination with SoR (The effected creature can´t be the target of SoR seems also good to me.) So you can accelerate your deck, if you have enough Quanta...

Not a bad idea. I like that it can't be combo'd with SoR, because that'd be just...awful. If I'm not mistaken, in theory, this card + SoR on a mito'd time creature would result in 4 free mito creatures. Yikes.

I think  would be a better fit for this. Mind is the domain of aether as far as thematics goes. Plus it'd be pointless to put this card in time, which already has strong SoR synergy, and OP to put it in life, which has mitosis.

Yes aether thematic seems better. But time is still not bad i  think, cause it isn´t made to be a synergy with SoR.

Allaround - is it interesting enough, to be not only a theory idea and have a chance to get good votes to become real someday?
