An accelerated body in a vacuum percieves radiation as if emited by a heated body.

Maybe you can make a connection between radiation and quanta. The card could be :entropy and consume :gravity (causing an acceleration) to make something with your quanta (since the radiation is thermal, scrambling your quanta, which could be a quanta fixing for a rainbow deck, seems good thematicaly).
