mitosis doesn's copy a creature's power, maybe you mean parallel universe, also, shard of patience can be more abusive with 23 creatures on the field (more having in mind their power increase each turn)

this cars is thought more of a "faster" green version of patience, while patience is more powerful in the long run + neutralizing 1 creature is easier
