That's the idea, the interesting part about these Recurring Archetypal Concepts is that we all have a general idea of what they should do.
As an example, we all know:
- skunks will stink
- mongooses will have a rivalry with cobras
- porcupines have defensive spikes
- etc.
How these concepts should translate into the Elements environment is up to the community.
My takes of these creatures would be something like this:
Skunk | 4 | 2|3 | When Skunk enters the hand, 1 poison counter is applied to the owner. 0 Stink: Delay creature for 1 turn. |
Mongoose | 4 | 4|3 | Mongoose is invulnerable to poison. |
Porcupine | 3 | 1|4 | When Porcupine enters the hand, 2 damage is applied to the owner. 0 Spine: Deal 2 damage to the target and 1 to Porcupine. |
