Titan: You can only control 1 Titan of the same name.
Oceanids are 1|2 and 2|2 (upgraded) water type creatures.

So now comes the part about my doubts. The text is almost twice as long as what Planplan's image builder allows. Is this idea too convoluted? Also, does it seem balanced? Should the formatting on the activated ability say to discard the card before or after the colon? The difference is the way it is currently formatted associates the discarding as part of the cost, the latter implies the discard is part of the ability.

Also, technically it should be "Titaness" but I figured that if the ability gets used again somewhere else it'd be better to not have multiple keywords for the same ability. Also "Tethys (1)" could work as it suggests that there can only be 1 Tethys and furthering that logic you could get things like "Name (#)" to imply a limited amount of something in play at once. I don't know. The idea needs a lot of working.

I don't think this is "legal", but you can just put all the Oceanid-related crap on the Oceanid card.
Examples attached.

Also, you should probably specify how "Titan" would work in accordance with Parallel Universe and Mitosis and justify how this can be balanced with Fractal without being underpowered after taking Fractal abuse into account.

Putting the abilities on the Oceanid implies that the Oceanids have the ability meaning each Oceanid would spawn more. The intent wasn't exponential growth for each use.

PU/Fractal/Mitosis would be able to target it since Titan doesn't prevent targeting. It just wouldn't create another Tethys. I'm not sure Fractalling and getting a bunch of tiny vanilla creatures is optimal Fractal abuse.

Meh, I tried.

Yeah, I was implying that Tethys's discard-triggered ability is pretty underpowered at the moment, and so there's really no reason to have it on the card in the first place...
