It have to be a time based spell, but i thought about a spell for a multicolor deck. Let me explain.

Costs are 5  :time.
Effect: Look at the top x cards of you library and change their order like you want. X is the Number of different Quanta you produce with permanents excluding Quantum Pillars/Tower and Soul Catcher.

Good Question. There are some free creatures. And another question could be Rustler and Devourer with there ability/passiv. Soul Catcher can generate Quanta too, but have a condition.

With that free creatures it seems to me too OP, so i actualize my start post – Thank You! ;-)
