Bit OP because it insta-kills a lot of creatures. I'd raise the cost by a LOT.

I think he means the creature's controller, the player. It punishes the player for summoning.

Just to clear up - this occurs with PU and any creature-generating cards (FFQ, Pharaoh etc.) right?

But really, I like the idea. (player summons creature) > (equal and fair punishment inflicted)

Maybe have be like a reverse Mitosis, have it only be 1 damage, but able to stack.
